After a good sweat, reach for this Mango Mania Smoothie tropical delight to help recharge and refresh your hard-working body!
- ½ cup skimmed milk
- 5-7 ice cubes
- ½ cup orange juice
- 3-4 strawberries
- ½ cup mango
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla-flavored protein powder
- (containing 30g protein)
- Put milk and ice cubes in a blender, and mix until ice is crushed.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
