After a good sweat, reach for this Mango Mania Smoothie tropical delight to help recharge and refresh your hard-working body!
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup skimmed milk
  • 5-7 ice cubes
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 3-4 strawberries
  • ½ cup mango
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla-flavored protein powder
  • (containing 30g protein)
Directions:
  1. Put milk and ice cubes in a blender, and mix until ice is crushed.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
