This healthy, low-calorie mango salsa appetizer is a great way to entertain guests or is the perfect complement to a good movie. Enjoy with your favorite whole wheat crackers or chips.
- 1 mango
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp. mint
- 1 tbsp. cilantro
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tbsp. mango juice
- 1 pinch salt
- ground pepper to taste
- Chop the mango, peppers, onion, mint, and cilantro into very small pieces.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir vigorously.
- Empty contents into a small bowl and enjoy with your favorite whole wheat crackers or chips.
