This healthy, low-calorie mango salsa appetizer is a great way to entertain guests or is the perfect complement to a good movie. Enjoy with your favorite whole wheat crackers or chips.

Ingredients:
  • 1 mango
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp. mint
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro
  • 3 tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. mango juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ground pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Chop the mango, peppers, onion, mint, and cilantro into very small pieces.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir vigorously.
  3. Empty contents into a small bowl and enjoy with your favorite whole wheat crackers or chips.
