There’s nothing fishy about salmon’s health benefits in this grilled salmon salad. It is recommended that you eat fatty fish, such as salmon, at least two times a week. Grilled salmon salad is a great source of protein, and although it appears to be higher in fat, the fat in salmon is a form of fat called polyunsaturated fat, which contains omega-3 fatty acids that are beneficial for your overall health.
